Vinyasa 32°
Vinyasa is a dynamic, modern form of yoga where poses are linked together with breath creating a “flow” that promotes strength, flexibility and mindfulness. There is no standard sequence so the style, pace and intensity will vary depending on the teacher.
This class is heated to 32degrees with state-of-the-art infrared heating panels to gently open the body and promote circulation and healing. The heat makes for a challenging practice, but will have you walk out feeling refreshed and renewed.
Vinyasa yoga encourages self-reflection and mindfulness. Our teachers guide students to be aware of each movement, breath and sensation, and every thought and feeling, to open up a window into who we really are and what we want in life.
This class is suitable for individuals who are comfortable getting on and off the floor unassisted and can weight bare on arms and hands. Modifications will be given to suit a variety of levels. This class is not suitable if you are pregnant. If you have an injury, please contact us before booking this class.
