TIMETABLE & CLASSES.

  • Vinyasa 32°

Vinyasa is a dynamic, modern form of yoga where poses are linked together with breath. There is no standard sequence so the style, pace and intensity will vary depending on the teacher.

Yoga Bare uses state-of-the-art infrared heating to promote healing of the tissue, increase circulation and gently open the body. The heated environment makes for a challenging practice. You will be encouraged to deepen your understanding of your body, breath, its limits and your life.

  • Vinyasa 37°

A similar structure to Vinyasa 32 but with the heat cranked up a little!

For more information on the elements of yoga that this class will cover, please see the Teacher’s bio. Beginners are welcome. Our teachers will support and guide you. If you have concerns please arrive early and chat to your teacher.

The heat can take some time to get used too. Be kind to yourself. We encourage you to try at least 3 classes to truely experience the benefits of this practice.

  • Yin 30°

Yin is the perfect complement to the dynamic practice of Vinyasa (yang). Yin is a passive practice which targets the connective tissue in the body encouraging increased range of motion and flexibility. Yin poses are primarily on the floor and held for 3-5mins with a rest between. While initially this practice can seem boring and passive, it is actually challenging due to the long duration of the poses.
Yin is suitable for all levels and is a great way to relieve daily tension and unwind.

  • Vinyasa/Yin 30°

Join us for a fusion of Vinyasa and Yin, combining the best of both worlds to leave you feeling balanced and renewed. Expect 30mins of a dynamic Vinyasa (yang) practice, followed by 30mins of Yin-style stretching.
This fusion class allows you to truely experience the concept of Yin and Yang; the opposite, complementary principles of nature.

  • Young@Heart

A popular class targeted at the older generation, however open to all. You will be encouraged to leave your day behind and open your body and mind in a gentle way. Elements explored in this class include but are not limited to; hatha, gentle vinyasa, yin, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness. This gorgeous group often meet for coffee after class.

  • Hatha 28°

Hatha is translated as ‘ha’ meaning sun and ‘tha’ meaning moon. The class aims to create balance and unite opposites.

Traditional Hatha classes are often slower in pace than modern “vinyasa” classes and focus on one pose at a time with rest in between. With this in mind, students can pay attention to alignment and find a balance between effort and surrender.

Other elements explored in this class include pranayama, meditation, mudra, bandha and more…

If you are new to yoga, this is a wonderful place to start. This class is also prenatal friendly; please arrive early to chat to your teacher.

The Pilates system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner’s specific goals and/or limitations. If you have any queries, please arrive early to speak to the instructor before class.
