Bowen Therapy is a holistic technique that works on the soft connective tissue (fascia) of the body. A Bowen treatment consists of sequences of small moves, each at specific site on the body, and can be performed through light clothing. A minimum number of moves is performed with a short wait between sets of moves to allow the body time to adjust.
