Hot Yoga uses infrared heating to promote healing of soft tissues and joints. This type of heat nurtures muscles and promotes healthy circulation, can help reduce swelling and increase flexibility.
This setting makes for a challenging practice, during which you will be encouraged to deepen your understanding of your breath, your body, its limits, and this life.

Move & Stretch.
Join us for a fusion of 30 minute 'Yang' style strength, movement and breath to get the body warm, then move into 30 minutes of deep 'Yin' style of deep stretching and 3 to 5 minute seated holds, to lengthen and open fascia around your joints.
Suitable for all levels, this class has the best of both worlds and will leave you feeling brand new. If you have any concerns or injuries, please arrive early and chat to your Teacher.
