My classes are filled with movements and inspirations from my personal practice, and tend to focus largely on creating space within the body, as well as creating new movement pathways with strength and mindful movement.

For me, yoga has been key in allowing me to tap deeper into energetics of the body, from the way tension behaves as pain, to the way spirit gently encourages us to open up. 

I will encourage you to let go a little, in order to open yourself up to the profound effect that subtle changes can have on us, on and off the mat. I think we've lost touch with all that really matters in life and as a teacher, I can't show you what to find, but I can show you where to look.

  • Hot Flow
  • Room Temp. = 36°C
     
    This modern style of yoga uses traditional teachings and ideas, in a modern setting to create unity in mind, body and breath.
     
    Hot Yoga uses infrared heating to promote healing of soft tissues and joints. This type of heat nurtures muscles and promotes healthy circulation, can help reduce swelling and increase flexibility.
     
    This setting makes for a challenging practice, during which you will be encouraged to deepen your understanding of your breath, your body, its limits, and this life.

    Suitable for all levels, all classes can be modified to suit beginners or long term practitioners. Please arrive early to speak to the Teacher if you have any concerns.

  • Babysitters Club
  • Yoga Bare's Baby Sitting service is run by Karren Ogg.
     
    Let us take care of your cherubs - allowing you the joy some 'you' time.
     
    Please book into this class if you are bringing your little ones to the Yoga or Pilates class that's on at the same time so that we know to organise a grown up to mind them while you sweat it out. 
     
    Karren has necessary police checks to work with children, is trained in first aid and has had many years experience with children having been a McDonald's kids party hostess played Aunty Karren to 20+ kids, and has recently become a mumma herself.

  • Warm Flow
  • Room Temp. = 29°C

    This warm class will aim to build heat from the inside as you flow through a similar structure to our Hot Yoga classes, with the heat turned down just a little.

    In the style of Vinyasa Yoga, asanas will be linked together with the breath in a sequence built to feel like a dance. For more information on the elements of yoga that this class will cover, please see the Teacher's bio.

    This class is suitable for all levels, though if you have concerns, please arrive early and speak to your Teacher. 

     


  • Warm Flow
  • Room Temp. = 29°C

    Moving at a faster pace, this class will aim to build heat from the inside as you flow through traditional asanas as well as modern techniques to strengthen and increase mobility and strength throughout the entire body.

    In the style of Vinyasa Yoga, asanas will be linked together with the breath in a sequence built to feel like a dance. For more information on the elements of yoga that this class will cover, please see the Teacher's bio.

    This class is suitable for all levels of practitioners, though if you have concerns, please arrive early and speak to your Teacher.
