Through movement of the body with the breath we are able to cease the fluctuations of the mind and enter a space where we experience peace and nonresistance to what is. When we come to our mats we are saying yes to self exploration, yes to growth, yes to embracing all that we are in this moment.
Vinyasa yoga is the beautiful lovechild of Ashtanga and Iyengar, and my passion. Combining the power of breath, mindful movement, asanas, intelligent sequencing and meditation, the mind and body are enticed to go deeper into that which it already knows is abundant.
My classes will draw on these principles, encouraging you to embody your true self, find your core, challenge your limits and guide you through the waves of movement and stillness alike.

I became hooked from that moment, mainly for the physical benefits and challenges that I enjoyed during each class. I later learned that Yoga is the relationship that is built between the body, the mind and the breath. Yoga is creating a space free from obstacles in your own body to live. Yoga is freedom and release.
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years now and my own practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless both on and off the mat, physically and mentally. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I completed my 350 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 and love to share my passion for the practice with my students.
In my classes I combine creative and focussed sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you develop your own practice. I seek to help others thrive in their lives by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga and my hope is that you step off your mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
